The Joy Set Collective is a community leadership platform connecting professional women through conversation, community, visibility and shared growth. Born from the belief that success shouldn't require self-abandonment, the Joy Set creates spaces where Black women can connect, collaborate, learn, lead and thrive together.
The Joy Set exists to champion the wellbeing, leadership and success of Black women, while welcoming allies who share our vision of building healthier workplaces, stronger communities and lasting change.
We are building an ecosystem where ambitious women exchange knowledge, expand opportunities, support one another's growth and leave stronger blueprints for the generations that follow.
